  1. How do I access my documents?

    First you need to sign up for an account. To do that, you have to have access to the email address associated with your client file, as well one of the phone numbers.

  2. It says that my email address is not found in the system, what now?

    Contact your broker to update the email address on your client file. Once that's done, you'll be able to sign up on following day.

  3. It says that no phone numbers are associated with my email address, what now?

    Contact your broker to update the phone numbers on your client file. Once that's done, you'll be able to sign up on following day.
